Car firm to alter case against Top Gear
Electric car manufacturer Tesla said it would bring an amended damages action over a Top Gear show after a High Court ruling yesterday.
Mr Justice Tugendhat directed that the claim for malicious falsehood against the BBC must be struck out unless amended.
