FIFA World Cup 2026: Scottish FA travel partner named as Tartan Army scramble for flights and hotels
Scotland supporters will have access to dedicated travel options for the FIFA World Cup
Hot on the heels of the FIFA World Cup 2026 draw, the Scottish FA has announced Barrhead Travel as its official Fan Travel Partner.
It comes after Scotland were drawn against five-times world champions Brazil and 2022 semi-finalists Morocco, as well as Haiti, in Group C.
Fans won't know where those games will take place - or kick-off times - until around 5pm on Saturday.
As the Scottish FA’s recommended travel partner, Glasgow-based travel group will work with the Tartan Army ahead of next summer's tournament - which is stretched across Canada, Mexico and USA - offering their expert advice.

Scotland fans will have access to dedicated travel options for the FIFA World Cup, including packages that incorporate tickets and matchday experiences, alongside travel-only itineraries.
It should be noted, however, that any tickets sold as part of a Barrhead Travel package won’t be drawn from the Scottish FA’s allocation for supporters.
Barrhead Travel will host webinars, provide travel guides and appear directly on our channels to ensure supporters hear reputable advice from trusted travel experts.
In addition, a portion of Barrhead Travel’s investment will be ringfenced to support some of the Scottish FA’s most important grassroots programmes.
Brendan Napier, Commercial Director of Scottish Football Marketing, said: “We’re really pleased to have secured this exciting new partnership with Barrhead Travel.
“We know thousands of Scotland’s most dedicated supporters will have been poring over the details of how best to get to next summer’s FIFA World Cup.
“It should reassure them to hear directly from experts in the industry, who will ensure they get the best possible advice and packages to choose from.
“It’s shaping up to be a memorable summer and we’re delighted to have Barrhead Travel on board for it.”
Martin Doherty, Head of Business Development at Scottish Football Marketing, added: “Barrhead Travel’s reputation speaks for itself, and it seemed like an obvious fit for the Scottish FA – particularly at a time when supporters are looking out for information they can trust.
“Their team will also lay on dedicated events for Scotland supporters across their Scottish store network.
“We know supporters will attend the FIFA World Cup in their droves, and this partnership gives us the peace of mind to know that they are being well looked after.”
Barrhead Travel’s Managing Director, Nicki Tempest-Mitchell, said: “This is a landmark partnership for Barrhead Travel, and we couldn’t be happier to be supporting the Scotland team and their fans as they look ahead to the FIFA World Cup next year.
“We’re no strangers to helping sports fans experience tournaments and matches across the world. With strong partnerships with the world’s leading airlines, operators, hotels and sports experience companies, we’re well-placed to be looking after the Scotland supporters for what will truly be a bucket-list experience.
“Extending the partnership beyond the FIFA World Cup is incredibly exciting and we’re particularly looking forward to supporting our local communities through youth engagement programmes
“As one of Scotland’s major advocates of apprenticeships, supporting young people in the communities we operate is absolutely a priority for us.”
