Markets are beginning to spring up across the country as the festive season has officially arrived.
From Aberdeen to Edinburgh, there’s a market for everyone to enjoy.
Here’s a list of seven of the biggest Christmas markets in the country.
5. Dundee Christmas Market
Dundee’s Christmas in the Square, run by Hornes Pleasure Fairs, will begin on December 4 and run until December 31. The event will feature rides, market stalls, live music and an alpine bar. | Dundee City Council

If you're looking for something a bit different this Christmas and don't want to brave the cold, the huge indoor Jingle Bell-a-houston Christmas Market at the Bellahouston Sports Centre will have a number of bargains for you to choose from on December 13.
