Brand Drive incident: Roads shut after lorry crashes into house in Edinburgh
Three roads have been closed to traffic while emergency services deal with the incident
Roads have been closed in Edinburgh after a lorry crashed into a house.
Emergency services were called to Brand Drive, a street near Portobello Golf Course, around 2.25pm on Tuesday.
Police Scotland said road closures were in place at Christian Grove and Christian Crescent.
The area was cordoned off after a lorry with a white cab appeared to have reversed into the front of a terraced house on Brand Drive.
Police examined the vehicle, which was still lodged in the front of the house.
The front wall of the property had been caved in by the impact.
This is a live story, more updates to come.
