Malcolm Offord comes third in Inverclyde constituency as SNP hold
Reform UK leader in Scotland finishes behind SNP and Labour
Malcolm Offord came third in the Inverclyde constituency as the SNP held on.
The Reform UK Scottish leader was behind the Nationalist’s Stuart McMillan and Labour’s Francesca Brennan at the count in Greenock Town Hall.
Lord Offord won just 5,649 votes in the constituency, well behind Mr McMillan on 14,192 and Ms Brennan on 8,876.
But he is still likely to become an MSP as he is Reform UK’s top candidate on the West Scotland list.
