Man charged over 3 rapes
A MAN has appeared in court charged with raping three women.
David Brown, 26, was released on bail after the brief private hearing at Livingston Sheriff Court yesterday.
Brown, from Livingston, made no plea or declaration to the petition charges and was committed for further examination.
He was charged with the assault and rape of one woman and the rape two others.
Brown was accused following a police investigation into allegations of separate sexual assaults in West Lothian between 2004 and 2008.
