A720 incident: 40 minute delays on Edinburgh City Bypass at Hermiston after rush hour accident

The road has now been cleared but drivers are still facing delays.
Drivers are facing significant delays on the Edinburgh City Bypass on Wednesday morning after a rush hour crash near Hermiston Gait.
Lane two was blocked at the Calder junction earlier after a collision reported by Traffic Scotland at around 7.30am.
Emergency services were at the scene.
The road has now been cleared but drivers are still facing significant delays.
Traffic Scotland said traffic is slow on approach from the M9 at Newbridge, with delays of around 36 minutes reported.
