Drink recipe: Eden Mill chocolate and chilli martini
Eden Mill's Limited Edition Chocolate and Chilli Gin has a sweet chocolate-pudding like flavour, with a fiery chilli kick.
Media personality Phil MacHugh has shared this easy to make recipe - ideal for a weekend at home. Phil said: "This Eden Mill gin works wonderfully served with Fentimans Valencian Orange Tonic with a twist of orange or grated chocolate or like me, you can create a delicious Spicy Chocolate Espresso Martini."
Ingredients
- 25ml Chocolate & Chilli Eden Mill Gin
- 25ml Kahlua
- 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
- 50ml instant coffee or Espresso

Method
Pour your Eden Mill chocolate and chilli gin, Kahlua, sugar syrup and coffee mix into your shaker.
Shake over ice and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a slice of chilli or grated chocolate.
