Cocktail recipe: Montpeliers Pink Gin Mule
Montpeliers shared their recipe for their special Pink Gin Mule, which they have on their menu as a Local Hero cocktail.
The Edinburgh restaurant have shared this easy to make pink gin cocktail, made with Eden Mill Love Gin.
Ingredients
- 50ml Eden Mill Love Gin
- 20ml Lime juice
- 10 Mint leaves
- 20ml Sugar syrup
- Rapscallion Ginga Ninja
- Garnish
- Lemon Bon Bon
Serves: 1 Difficulty: Easy Time to cook: n/a mins
Method
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker, or jam jar if you don’t have a shaker at home, and shake well.
Double strain the liquid (a sieve will do).
Build the drink, adding the lemon bonbon last.
