Cocktail recipe: Negroni Sbagliato
The Negroni Sbagliato cocktail has become the internet’s new favourite drink thanks to House of the Dragon star Emma D’Arcy.
House of The Dragon star Emma D’Arcy has sent the internet into a frenzy when she revealed to co-star Olivia Cooke that her favourite drink is a Negroni Sbagliato. The clip of the two chatting about their favourite drinks was originally posted to HBOMax TikTok page and quickly went viral.
Ingredients
- 25ml sweet vermouth (such as Valentian Vermouth)
- 25ml Campari
- 25ml prosecco
- Ice
- Orange peel for garnish

Method
Add ice to a tumbler.
Pour the sweet vermouth, Campari, and prosecco and stir gently to blend the flavours and squeeze the orange peel over the drink to infuse with citrus oils.
(Pouring the prosecco down a bar or long spoon that’s been placed in the glass will stop the bubbles spilling over the edge of the glass.)
Rub the outside of the peel on the glass rim, twist, and add to the glass.
