Fixed penalty notices issued in Scotland to three men
Police Scotland now has the power to issue on-the-spot fines.
Three men have been issued with fixed penalty notices in Paisley today for leaving their home addresses without a reasonable excuse.
Officers from the Renfrewshire and Inverclyde division also confirmed a building site was closed for carrying out non-essential work.
A statement read: “Please stay home if you don't need to go out.”
