It has been more than 15 years since The Great British Bake Off first debuted on our television screens.
The fundamentally wholesome format of the reality baking competition has remained the same since its debut back in 2010. Each year, a group of amateur bakers enter the tent in the hopes of winning the coveted cake stand, tackling challenges set by the pair of judges and receiving emotional support from their fellow contestants and the show’s presenters.
As well as the rotating cast of bakers, there have been a number of changes to the judges and hosts of the show over the years - excluding stalwart Paul Hollywood, who has been dishing out tough love and handshakes since joining Bake Off in 2010.
For seven series, he shaped the show alongside fellow judge Mary Berry, as well as presenters Mel Giedroyc and Sue Perkins. However, Hollywood was the only cast member to remain when Bake Off moved from the BBC to Channel 4 in 2016.
With more shake ups happening this season of Bake Off - including Nigella Lawson’s judging debut - here are all of the presenters and judges from The Great British Bake Off over the years.

5. Mel Giedroyc
Mel Giedroyc was one of two presenters who joined Hollywood and Berry during the early series of Bake Off. The comedian and actress helped shape the role of a host on the then-BBC TV series. She also departed from the show in 2016 upon its move to Channel 4. | Getty Images

6. Sue Perkins
Sue Perkins was the other half of the dynamic duo which made up the original Great British Bake Off presenters. The English broadcaster and comedian rose to fame alongside Mel, with the pair continuing their partnership to this day. They both moved on from Bake Off in 2016. | Getty Images

7. Noel Fielding
Taking over from Mel and Sue, Noel Fielding has been presenting Bake Off since 2017. The comedian joined the show when it arrived on Channel 4, with his best known roles on shows such as The Mighty Boosh, The IT Crowd and more. Aside from Hollywood, he is the longest-serving Bake Off cast member, now hosting his tenth series of the Great British Bake Off. | Channel 4 / Love Productions / Patch Dolan

8. Sandi Toksvig
Fielding’s initial co-host was Danish-British broadcaster, comedian and presenter Sandi Toksvig, who served alongside him for three series of Bake Off. With a number of books for both adults and children to her name, she left the show in 2020 to focus on other work commitments. Toksvig continues to host BBC panel show QI. | Channel 4 / Love Productions / Patch Dolan
