Love Is Blind UK Season 3: What to know about Scottish singles Komel and Neive as hit Netflix show returns

Hosted by Matt and Emma Willis, the new episodes will see 30 eligible men and women enter the iconic pods which help people to build a relationship based on emotional compatibility, not looks.

With singles coming from across the UK, there are two Scottish women as part of this year’s cast: Komel and Neive.

Love Is Blind UK: Who are the Scottish singles from season 3?

Komel and Neive are the two Scottish women among the singles searching for love in the third season of Netflix’s dating experiment.

Here is everything you need to know about the singles.

Komel

Described as a “true romantic”, Komel Waqar is a 34-year-old senior finance officer from Glasgow.

She is taking part in the show after being single for 18 months following two long-term relationships which weren’t the right fit.

In her biography for Netflix, Komel says she has “gained clarity around what she wants and learned to put her needs first” after past relationships saw her pour everything she has into her partner.

Her goal in entering the Love Is Blind pods is to “move with intention and be very selective” in the hopes of finding her perfect match.

Neive

Neive Ewing sells luxury cars for a living and is known for her quick wit and isn’t afraid to acknowledge that like them, she can be somewhat high maintenance.

The 27-year-old has entered the pool of singles after breaking up with her previous boyfriend three years ago because he prioritised going out with the boys instead of making time for their relationship.

She has been on the hunt for a new partner since then, but has been struggling due to living in Perth. Now switching gears, she says she hopes to end up in a “happy and successful marriage just like her grandparents, who are her role models”.

When does Love Is Blind UK Season 3 come out? Full episode release schedule

The first batch of episodes are available to watch on Netflix now, with the next few dropping next week, and the final reunion episode arriving a few days later.
