Meanwhile, law firm Levy & McRae has agreed a five-year lease for 7,000 sq ft on the sixth floor at Pacific House.

On top of the new deals, two “regears” have been brokered. Commercial property adviser CBRE has agreed a five-year regear on its ground and first floor leases and has also taken a new lease on half of the fourth floor.

Similarly, Ernst & Young has agreed a five-year regear on 4,000 sq ft of office space at the building.

Aasia Mohammad, associate director of business space at LSH, said: “The building and office accommodation has been comprehensively refurbished and along with the flexible floor space and central business district location, Pacific House is an attractive proposition for businesses.”

Some 11,000 sq ft of refurbished office accommodation remains available at Pacific House including the fifth floor, with private terrace and part of the fourth floor.
