MPs push for summer decision on new runway

A cross-party collection of 66 MPs is urging UK government ministers to make a final decision on a new runway for the south-east of England by the summer recess.

The MPs, which represent the length and breadth of the UK and come from across the political spectrum, argue that a rapid decision is “vital for the prosperity of the nations and regions of the UK”.
