The firm has welcomed experienced financial planner Gillian Gourlay, alongside Katarzyna Jaszczak and Karen Ford, who have joined in client support roles.

The latest appointments follow the additions earlier this year of financial planners Rossa Reilly and Yasmin Wales, and wealth manager Michael Home, reflecting the firm’s continued investment in its people and commitment to delivering high-quality independent financial advice.

Scott Kilpatrick, Head of Strategic Partnerships at Just Financial Group, said: “Gillian, Karen and Kate are fantastic additions to the firm. They bring a wealth of experience and share our commitment to providing excellent client service and supporting the delivery of high quality, independent financial advice.

“As we continue to grow, it’s important that we bring in people who share our values and approach to looking after clients. We’re delighted to welcome all three to the team.”

Just Financial Group advises individuals, families, business owners, trusts and charities on pensions, investments, inheritance tax planning and the management, structure, and long-term stewardship of wealth.

The firm operates from offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Manchester and London, supporting clients across the UK.

Gillian Gourlay, Financial Planner, said: “I’m delighted to be joining Just Financial Group as a Financial Planner.

“For me, financial planning has always been about more than numbers. It’s about understanding what really matters to people and helping them make informed, confident decisions about their future.

“That’s why it was important to me that my next chapter was with a firm whose values genuinely align with my own, particularly when it comes to putting clients first in everything we do.

“Just Financial Group’s approach to independent advice and its focus on understanding each client as an individual really resonated with me. I’m looking forward to being part of a team that shares my belief that good financial planning should always be guided by what is right for our clients, with their needs and long-term outcomes at the heart of the advice we provide.

“I’m excited about what lies ahead, building relationships and continuing to help clients achieve the outcomes that matter most to them.”

Katarzyna Jaszczak, Client Support, Edinburgh, said: “I joined Just Financial Group after spending seven years in financial services.

“I was attracted by the opportunity to join a larger firm that remains privately owned and independent, with high standards and a positive culture.

“I was particularly drawn to JFG because of its ethical values and Family Test approach to client care. From my first days here, I have been impressed by the professionalism of my colleagues and the supportive team environment.

“I am excited to be part of the team and look forward to contributing my knowledge and skills to support the continued success of the business.”

Karen Ford, Client Support, Edinburgh, said: “I worked for a financial advice firm in Glasgow for 20 years, which was subsequently acquired by a firm headquartered in Southport.

“I wanted to continue working for a truly independent financial advice firm based in Scotland, and Just Financial Group fits that bill.”
