Investment manager moves Edinburgh West End base after 12 years
“We have seized an opportunity and moved to a modern and professionally managed office that better reflects the way we work today” – Andrew Ward, CEO
Aubrey Capital Management has relocated its Edinburgh headquarters, marking the end of more than a decade at its previous office.
The firm said the short move from Coates Crescent to Melville Street would keep the business firmly rooted in the heart of the capital’s West End.
Bosses at the specialist investment manager, which also has a London presence, said the Melville Street base would provide the team with a “modern, professionally managed working environment”, alongside enhanced facilities for hosting clients and business partners.

Aubrey has been headquartered in Edinburgh since the firm was founded in 2006 and had been based at Coates Crescent since February 2014. The investment manager, which specialises in global and emerging markets, has a London office on Gresham Street.
Chief executive Andrew Ward said: “Edinburgh has been Aubrey’s home since the business was founded 20 years ago, and that remains very much the case.
“After more than a decade in Coates Crescent, we have seized an opportunity and moved to a modern and professionally managed office that better reflects the way we work today.”
He added: “The new space provides an excellent environment for our team, alongside improved facilities for hosting clients and partners. We are looking forward to welcoming people to our new home on Melville Street.”
Aubrey manages some $1 billion (£740 million) in client assets across the Aubrey Global Emerging Markets Strategy, the Aubrey Global Conviction Strategy, the Aubrey Emerging Markets ex-China Strategy, and investment services for private clients.
