“Customers are responding to the quality, choice and affordability of our holidays” – Graham Rogers, MD
Coach holiday and short-break operator Caledonian Leisure has hailed another strong season after increasing annual turnover to almost £74 million.
Sales were up from £64m the previous year, while pre-tax profits for the 12 months to the end of December 2025 came in at £3.81m, up by more than 30 per cent on 2024.
The firm, which trades under the well-known Caledonian Travel and UKBreakaways brands, alongside operating the Caledonian Hotel Collection, said it had continued to strengthen its market position through strategic expansion and investment in technology and people.

During the year, the group completed the acquisition of Tates Travel, broadening its presence within the UK travel sector and creating further opportunities for growth.
Managing director Graham Rogers said: “These results represent another outstanding year for Caledonian Leisure and demonstrate the continued strength of our business model.
“Customers are responding to the quality, choice and affordability of our holidays. Throughout the year we’ve continued to invest in our products, our people and our technology to ensure we deliver an even better customer experience.
“The acquisition of Tates Travel further strengthens our position within the UK travel market and reflects our ambition to continue growing the business in a sustainable way while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.”
Finance director David McDonald said: “Our financial performance reflects another year of disciplined growth, with revenue, profitability and cash generation all improving significantly.
“Alongside delivering record turnover, we’ve launched a series of important initiatives to strengthen the foundations of the business, accelerating investment in technology, systems and our people to create an even stronger platform for future growth.
“As we look ahead, we remain focused on investing responsibly, expanding our offering and creating long-term value for our customers, colleagues and business partners,” he added. “With a healthy financial position we are excited about the opportunities ahead.”
During the year, Caledonian Travel was recognised at the 2025 British Travel Awards, winning Best Travel Company for Coach Holidays and the Caledonian Hotel Collection picked up the award for Best Hotel Group for Tourist Accommodation.
