It’s only been three months since Glastonbury saw 200,000 music fans enjoy headline performances from Dua Lipa, Coldplay and SZA - with millions catching the action on television.
But it’s already been announced that the festival will be back in 2025, before an expected fallow year in 2026, with tickets expected to go on sale towards the end of October.
As ever, the event is likely sell out immediately before a single act has been confirmed.
And already rumours are starting to spread about the possible headliners that will be announced next May.
Here are 11 of the favourites.

9. AC/DC
Aussie rockers AC/DC must be one of the biggest bands to have never played Glastonbury. They are regularly rumoured to be appearing but it just hasn't happened yet for whatever reason. The festival could just be going back in black in 2025. | AFP via Getty Images

10. Raye
It seems likely that Raye will headline Glastonbury one day, but it's not inconceivable that she could do so as soon as next year. She's certainly one of the hottest properties in UK music at the moment, having won a record six BRIT Awards for debut album 'My 21st Century Blues'. Her follow-up may have arrived before 2025's festival and Billie Eilish successfully headlined with just two albums of material at her disposal. | Getty Images

11. The Rolling Stones
Rock bands don't come any bigger than the Rolling Stones, who have only played Worthy Farm once - headlining in 2013. They seem to be perpetually on tour so if they have a gap in their diaries then Glastonbury 2025 could be a good fit. | Getty Images
