After filming in Glasgow last year, the first trailer for Spider-Man: Brand New Day has officially landed.

With its roll out spread across many fan accounts on Instagram, fans have been drip fed sneak peeks at the fourth instalment of the Marvel film series, Brand New Day.
Shot largely in Glasgow, the Scottish city can be seen in various clips throughout the trailer which was revealed in full by Holland and a group of fans on top of the Empire State Building in New York.

The trailer opens with Spider-Man in costume watching a clip on social media of his friend Ned and former girlfriend MJ - played by Jacob Batalon and Zendaya, Holland’s real life partner - who forgot all about Peter Parker at the end of the previous film No Way Home.
Holland can then be heard reading a letter to the pair aloud, with clips of him swinging around New York interspersed.
The Glasgow locations you can spot in the Spider-Man: Brand New Day trailer
Spider-Man can be seen dodging a tank that is shooting at him, in one such scene which was filmed on Bothwell Street in the city centre last August. He swings past the Aurora office building
His string of bad luck seems to continue as he is hit by a truck driven by Frank Castle, the Punisher, who is played by Jon Bernthal. Brand New Day marks the American actor’s first time in a full length Marvel film, rather than a TV series, with the scene shot on Hutcheson Street in the city centre.
It is easily identifiable due to artwork by Mul Draws and local artist, Frodrick.
Other streets to make an appearance in the trailer include St Vincent Street, where the real life establishment Little Tuscany can be seen in the background as Spider-Man tussles with a vehicle.
More streets in the Scottish city can be spotted as the trailer reveals that Peter is having some issues with his powers, just as a number of iconic Spider-Man villains make their appearance. There is also a faint glimpse at the Drum and Monkey, as well as Topolobamba as the character is launched into the side of a bus.
