Peep Show cast reunite for the first time in 10 years for Great British Bake Off Christmas special

The Great Peep Show Christmas Bake Off special will see David Mitchell, Isy Suttie, Matt King, Sophie Winkleman and Olivia Colman step into the iconic Bake Off tent.
The cast of Peep Show have confirmed they will reunite for the first time in ten years for a special Christmas edition of the Great British Bake Off.
Fan favourites David Mitchell, Isy Suttie, Matt King, Sophie Winkleman and Olivia Colman will each don their favourite festive jumpers to tackle a series of seasonal baking challenges in the iconic tent.
It is the first time the cast of the iconic Channel 4 sitcom will reunite since Peep Show wrapped in 2015, though Robert Webb - who co-starred alongside David Mitchell - is absent from the line-up.
In true Bake Off fashion, Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith will also reprise their roles as judges with Noel Fielding and Alison Hammond to play host to the Great Peep Show Christmas Bake Off special.

To succeed, the actors will attempt to whisk, knead and decorate their way through each challenge - all while paying homage to Peep Show.
But will their creations rise to the occasion or will they sink in on themselves?
We don’t yet know anything about when The Great Peep Show Christmas Bake Off will air on Channel 4, however last year the first episode aired just before Christmas while a Hogmanay special was broadcast at the beginning of January.
The most recent series of the Great British Bake Off wrapped at the start of November, with Scottish baker Jasmine Mitchell named the series 16 winner.
Originally from Edinburgh, the 23-year-old medical student became the first person in the show’s history to earn Star Baker five times and go on to win the show overall.
