It’s one of the biggest film franchaises in the world - with millions of fans helping it gross over $60 billion in box office receipts.
But Jurassic Park and its sequels haven’t all been universally loved by the critics - even if the original is widely considered a classic.
Since it was released there have been two more Jurassic Parks and four Jurassic Worlds, with the most recent, Jurassic World: Rebirth, set to be released in cinemas this week.
Here they all are - as ranked by review aggreggator website Rotten Tomatoes.

5. Jurassic Park III (2001)
Sam Neill is back as Alan Grant in Jurassic Park III, tricked into an aerial tour of a dinosaur-packed island by a couple who are actually looking for their missing son. It goes without saying that they end up trapped on the island and have to fight their was through loads of prehistoric beasties - including an impressive Spinosaurus. William H. Macy and Téa Leoni also star. It's attracted 49 per cent positive reviews from critics. | Contributed

6. Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (2018)
Jeff Goldblum makes a return for the second 'Jurassic World' film, entitled 'Fallen Kingdom', joining Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard and BD Wong who are all back for a second successive film. It sees our heroes return to the fictional Central American island of Isla Nublar to rescue the remaining dinosaurs from an impending volcanic eruption. But the dinosaurs aren't all they find... It has an 'ok' rating of 47 per cent. | Contributed

7. Jurassic World: Dominion (2022)
It'll come as little surprise to most Jurassic Park fans to discover that the much-derided 'Jurassic World: Dominion' comes bottom of the pile by a significant margin - scoring a terrible 29 per cent rating. Laura Dern, Sam Neil and Jeff Goldblum are reunited from the original, joining Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard and BD Wong for the dino-wrangling. Set four years after 'Fallen Kingdom', dinosaurs are new living alongside humans. Half the gang embark on a rescue mission, while the others take on an evil plot by a nasty science corporation. Nobody really looks like they have a clue what's going on. | Contributed
