The STV and BBC buildings in Glasgow’s Pacific Quay are home to a host of well-known shows that have been watched by millions.
But the majority of their audience may be unaware of the Scottish location of the series shot in anonymous studios.
Sitcoms and quiz shows are a particular favourites with producers to film in Glasgow, with some examples regularly topping the ratings.
Here are 11 shows that you might not know were filmed in Scotland.

5. Who Dares Wins
If it's a quiz show and it's on the BBC there's every chance it's filmed in Glasgow. Another example is Who Dares Wins, the big money quiz show hosted by Nick Knowles which saw teams of two people who had never met before answer questions to win cash, with the winners returning the next week. Trish McGowan and Seamus Hussein won the most cash, winning eight times and taking home a total of £170,000. It ran for 12 seasons between 2007 and 2016. Photo: BBC

6. Catchpoint
Promoted as "the show with the biggest balls on telly", the Paddy McGuinness-hosted Catchpoint combined answering questions with catching orbs. Sadly it was cancelled this year after 26 episodes were filmed in Glasgow over three years. Photo: BBC

7. Impossible
Yet another Glasgow-based quiz show, Impossible was hosted by Rick Edwards and challenged contestants to answer a series of multiple choice questions - and avoid the 'impossible' answer. It ran for eight seasons from 2017 to 2021. Photo: BBC

8. Copycats
Another programme familiar to younger viewers, CBBC's Copycats was filmed at Pacific Quay. Hosted by Pop Idol stars Sam & Mark, it challenged children to take part in a series of mental and physical challenges, and ran for four series from 2009 to 2016. Photo: BBC
