This week sees the start of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe - the world’s largest arts festival.
When the telephone directory-like programme was published earlier this year it included over 3,350 shows across 265 venues.
But, as if that isn’t daunting enough, every year there are lots of late-entries, sometimes involving some pretty big names.
Here are 12 you can still get tickets for.

9. Talking Cakes with Peter Bakes
Join Great British Bake-Off winner, Peter Sawkins, at his debut Fringe show. The only ever Scottish winner of Britain's biggest baking show will be welcoming star performers and celebrity guests to talk all things Fringe and frosting, whilst also putting their baking skills to the test through this hour of fun. It's on most days of the Fringe at 11.50am at the Pleasance Courtyard. | Contributed

10. Dave Anderson – The Bunnet Done It!
Much-loved Scottish actor Dave Anderson is marking the 40th anniversary of the death of comedian by performing some of his favourite Chic monologues, share a few of his observations on the business of life in general, and will sing some songs. The consumate entertainer will be at the Auditorium at Ghillie Dhu on August 19 at 5pm. | Contributed

11. Talking About The Fire
There are lots of late additions to the Shedinburgh programme - many of which have sold out. There are still tickets for this performance by Chris Thorpe though. One of the most interesting artists working in the UK at the moment, it marks the 80th anniversary of the bombing of Hiroshima with a one-off performance of a show and a conversation about a new nuclear weapons treaty. See it at 6pm on August 6. | Contributed

12. Tarot: The "Best" Of
Tarot are one of the buzziest sketch comedy groups of recent year. They're back for just three nights, from August 7-10, with the best bits from their last three shows. It's on at 5.30pm at the Pleasance Dome. | Contributed
