Premiership post-split fixtures now confirmed as Irish League season enters run-in
Larne defeated Cliftonville by 2-0 to maintain a two-point advantage over Linfield, the latter having come out on top over Carrick Rangers with a 3-2 tally.The post-split five-game run will now settle not only the outcome of the Gibson Cup prize but also the race for Europe and relegation battle.
The 12-team top-flight division will now split into a top six and bottom six following 33 rounds of games – with post-split venues determined automatically based on the regular-season fixtures.
